Itinerary

After being picked up from your hotel, you will be taken to the Cusco train station and embark on a two-hour train ride to the town of Aguas Calientes. Admire the breathtaking beauty of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, which contrasts with the magnificent Andean landscape.

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, board a small bus and travel through the town of Urubamba to the ruins of the ""Lost City of the Incas,"" a UNESCO World Heritage Site and now one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.

Descend to the main entrance of Machu Picchu, where you will be met by your expert guide who will take you on a tour of the sacred hilltop site and tell you about the fascinating history and culture of the Incas.

Marvel at more than 600 terraces, 160 buildings, thousands of steps, several temples and 16 fountains built by the Inca emperor Pachacutec.
